Beat Stress With Graphotherapy

Feeling stressed these days? Here are some basic handwriting exercises that will help you get your calm self back.

Relaxing waves: Draw waves one after the other on each line of the entire page. Ensure that your waves are evenly placed.
Calming rock: Draw semi circles next one behind the other. This helps relax your mind and promotes good sleep.
Soothing squares: Improve your focus and concentration by drawing a square or a rectangle on the entire page. Do not draw the base on the square so it looks like a top hat.
Tranquilising triangles: Draw the pointed top of a castle on the entire page. See how relaxed you feel and notice the change in your behaviour.
