Can you Train Yourself to Become Ambidextrous?

In simple words, the answer is YES! You can train yourself to become ambidextrous. But this requires plenty of practice and immense patience. Here are 3 quick tips to develop ambidexterity and make the most of both your hands.

Make it a habit: Practice makes perfect and the only way to become perfect at using both hands is to get into the habit. Use your off hand for reaching out to any task like opening the door or turning the knob.

Make it fun: Fun can be your primary motivator to practise using your off-hand in most activities.

Make the switch: If you are eating a steak, try to switch to your off-hand and take the responsibility of cutting and taking the food.
